About the project
With an architectural concept inspired by the industrial origin of the area, the Red Court project offers a new administrative building on an attractive piece of land near Invalidovna metro station. The author of the project is the studio CMC Architects.

The fund’s main investment strategy is long-term income from the lease of the Red Court administrative building, which currently houses the industrial and technological holding Czechoslovak Group. The premium project in Prague’s Karlín boasts LEED GOLD sustainability certification.
